Application for the Dutch D&I in Digital Benchmark 2023 are officially closed.
From February to the end of April, with an extra week under the request of some participants, companies in the digital and tech sector in the Netherlands have the possibility to submit their D&I data, pertaining to the following categories and sub-categories:
1. General (mandatory)
2. D&I strategy, efforts and activities of the organization (mandatory)
3. Gender diversity (mandatory)
4. Age (mandatory)
5. Nationality (mandatory)
6. Ethnic diversity(optional)
7. Inclusion and Belonging culture (optional)
We are grateful to the companies that have contributed to the initiative, both those who have reconfirmed their second participation, showing trust and ongoing interest in what we do, but also those who have decided to participate for the first time, entrusting us with their most sensitive data.
Reaching the end of the data collection process means that we now move on to the penultimate phase which is the data analysis, before the very last step which will be the presentation of the data at the TNW conference on June 16, 2023, together with the possibility for each company that participated to refer to your personal dashboard where you can compare the results anonymously.
